Shipping, Replacement, Cancellation and Refund Policy
In general, our products are shipped within 5-6 working days (weekend excluded) after successful placement of your order. We do charge a flat amount of Rs 100/- for all the orders placed of amount less than 1601/-, which is free otherwise.
None of the products can be returned or exchanged for any reason and products once sold are not liable for returns or exchange. Exception to this rule is that, when goods are either damaged in transit or wrong product sent or lost in transit, we will replace them with a new product as early as possible.
Any damage to the shipment should be brought to our notice immediately (maximum 1 day) with photo images for us to take it up with the courier company. If the shipment is totally damaged, customers are advised to reject/return the shipment.

We do have a policy wherein we accept full-sized empties of the products. Please note that we reuse the empties sent by you, and by using this site, you confirm to us about your acceptance of receiving your products in the such empties, while we take proper care of sanitizing the product empties. We offer a coupon of Rs 70/- on sending us only full sized empties of every 5 products (without any breakage or transit loss). While we accept smaller sized empties, we can not assure you the amount of reward against same. The shipping charges shall be borne by the sender and company has no obligation to refund the same. The coupon will be issued to you after receiving and inspection of the empties sent by you and only good quality empties will be accepted for reward. The right to accept/reject the empties lies with us. You are liable to send us the empty bottles after washing and drying them, and packing them properly.
